
Product Warranty
Run GFX Illumination Pty Ltd offers a limited warranty against defects for products purchased directly from us. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Period: All products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes issues caused by misuse, fair wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions.
How to Make a Claim: If you believe your product is defective, stop using the product immediately and contact us within the warranty period. Please provide:
A full description of the fault (including images, if possible).
Proof of purchase.

Return Process: You may be asked to return the product at your own cost for inspection, or we may send someone to inspect the product at the location.
If your product is determined to be defective and covered by this warranty, we will offer one of the following at no further cost:
Repair: We will repair the product within a reasonable timeframe.
Replacement: We will replace the product with a similar one.
Refund: We will refund the purchase price of the product, including shipping costs (if applicable).
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
Deletion of preloaded content.
Misuse, fair wear and tear, theft, accidental damage, or any attempt to modify the product.
Products taken outside of Australia.
Products serviced by unauthorised personnel.
Shipping Costs: If the product needs to be returned to us for inspection, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the warranty applies.
Australian Consumer Law: This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that you are entitled to a refund or replacement for major defects in the product.
