By purchasing any product from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, our Warranty Against Defects, and our Product Warranty Sheet.

1. Product Information
We take care to ensure all information, images, pricing, and availability on our website is accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders due to inaccuracies at any time, even after payment has been received.

2. Orders and Payment
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, where applicable.
- Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
- We accept major payment methods including credit cards and PayPal.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors, or stock issues.

3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within Australia and internationally (where applicable).
- Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.
- Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

4. Returns and Refunds
We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which provides entitlements in the event of major or minor product failures.
We only accept returns when:
-    The product is defective, and you follow the procedure in our Warranty documents; or
-    We agree in writing to accept a return.
Change of Mind: We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

5. Warranty
All BLOCKIGHT products sold via our website come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or business.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
